Christopher Loh practices complex patent litigation in the areas of pharmaceuticals, biotechnology and chemistry. Over the past twenty years, he has litigated several high-profile patent cases, including as lead counsel.
In addition to his litigation work, Christopher also counsels’ clients on transactions involving small-molecule drugs and biologics, and advises clients on a range of intellectual property matters including inventorship, trade secrets, and licensing.
