Christina  Xenides, Esq.

Christina Xenides is an experienced immigration and human rights attorney.  She is well-versed in all aspects of U.S. immigration law and has represented thousands of individuals in a variety of applications for both immigrant and non-immigrant status. She also has extensive experience litigating cases in immigration court as a removal defense attorney and has successfully appealed many cases to the Administrative Appeals Office and the Board of Immigration Appeals. Ms. Xenides also assists the firm on various civil litigation matters. 

Prior to starting her career in the immigration field, Ms. Xenides worked as a visiting attorney in the legal protection unit at the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) office in Cyprus and served as a judicial intern in Trial Chambers at the United Nations International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia (UNICTY) in The Hague. Ms. Xenides is also an Adjunct Professor of Law, teaching first year law students Legal Writing and Oral Advocacy. 

Ms. Xenides received her J.D. from Seattle University School of Law. Before law school, Ms. Xenides earned her B.A. from Boston College with a major in International Studies and a minor in Theology.
