His bankruptcy litigation experience includes representing creditors in preference and fraudulent transfer actions, non-dischargeability proceedings, and contested matters involving proofs of claim. His consumer finance litigation experience includes representing financial services companies against claims brought by consumers under the Truth in Lending Act (TILA), Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), Equal Credit Opportunity Act (ECOA), Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), and various other federal and state consumer protection and unfair/deceptive acts and practices statutes.
