Chelsea Belote, Esq.
Chelsea Belote serves as a vital member of Haynes and Boone’s Corporate Practice Group. Her practice focuses on a variety of corporate law matters, including reporting obligations under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, public and private offerings of debt and equity securities, preparation of registration statements and other securities filings, and corporate governance best practices and regulations.
In addition, Chelsea regularly assists clients in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex commercial agreements, bringing valuable legal insight into their procurement and supply chain relationships. She has quickly gained experience in a variety of industries, including aviation, automotive, software, and banking.
Chelsea is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin and the University of Virginia School of Law. While at Virginia, she received the Rosenbloom Award, which recognizes an academically strong student who significantly enhanced the academic experience of others by volunteering support and assistance to them. She is an active member of her local church and enjoys serving her community as a member of the Junior League of Dallas.
