Chazle'  Woodley, Esq.

Chazle’ N. Woodley is an Associate in the Raleigh office of GRSM.  Her practice encompasses Commercial Litigation, Premises Liability, Product and General Liability, and Professional Liability Defense. She represents individuals and corporations in a variety of cases and claims in general civil matters, including matters involving intentional torts, property damage, premises liability, dram shop matters, and claims alleging unfair and deceptive trade practices. 

Chazle’ also represents businesses and manufacturers in product liability and personal injury claims. She also has experience representing churches, universities, childcare providers and homeowner associations in civil lawsuits and administrative actions. 

Prior to joining GRSM, Chazle’ worked at a full-service national firm representing businesses, manufacturers and medical providers in cases involving personal injury, premises liability and product liability. She gained experience working in a fast-paced environment where she was able to handle all phases of litigation from pre-suit claims through trial preparation, argue motions and submit briefs in state and federal court.
