He has 25 plus years of experience in counseling and representing individual and corporate fiduciaries in highly contested matters that include accounting/administration issues as well as prosecution and defense of fiduciary claims. Mr. McCulloch provides assistance in both independent and dependent administration of estates and guardianships with the preparation of and/or review of fiduciary accounts for both trustees and trust beneficiaries, and the institution of and/or the defense of estate, trust, and/or fiduciary litigation throughout the Houston area and across the state of Texas.
