Brett E. Bachtell, Esq. is a partner in the law firm of McDermott Will & Emery LLP, based in its Chicago office. Mr. Bachtell focuses his practice on intellectual property counseling, prosecution and litigation and has represented clients before the United States International Trade Commission (ITC) and federal district courts involving a variety of technologies including semiconductor chip packaging, wireless communications, internet security, mechanical devices and business methods.
