BRADFORD P. MEISEL is an Associate in the Firm’s Transactional Group. He received his Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center, where he was Vice President of the Legislative Law Society and Treasurer of the Georgetown Art Law Society, and his Bachelor of Arts in History from Dickinson College.
While at Georgetown University Law Center, Bradford served as a Senate Judiciary Committee Law Fellow to U.S. Senator Sheldon Whitehouse of Rhode Island during the confirmation of U.S. Supreme Court Justice Neil M. Gorsuch and Cybersecurity and Technology Law Clerk to U.S. Senator Gary Peters of Michigan and analyzed legislation regarding cybersecurity and data security in the financial services sector, unmanned aerial vehicles (drones), and Section 230 immunity for Internet Service Providers (ISPs) in addition to assisting with investigative hearings regarding cybersecurity. Bradford also served as a legal intern in the United States Department of Justice, Criminal Division Public Integrity Section (PIN) and Executive Office for U.S. Attorneys (EOUSA).
Before entering law school, Bradford worked as a research analyst for a real estate development firm in New Jersey and served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Dennis M. Cavanaugh, U.S.D.J. in the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey and the Honorable Brian R. Martinotti, J.S.C. in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Civil Division in Bergen County.
Prior to joining the Firm, Bradford served as the Law Clerk to the Honorable Diane Pincus, J.S.C. in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Criminal Division in Middlesex County.
