Ashley Koley is an associate with Foley & Lardner LLP, based in the firm’s Los Angeles office where she is a member of the firm’s Intellectual Property Litigation Practice. Ashley counsels clients regarding all aspects of intellectual property, including copyright, trademark, trade dress, patent, and entertainment-related matters. She is also active on several litigation teams in the high tech, design, and entertainment-based spaces. Ashley is a founding member of Foley’s Digital Assets, Web3, and NFTs team (DAWN).
Prior to joining Foley, Ashley worked at a nationally recognized firm as an entertainment and sports law clerk. In her position, she prepared clients for litigation and assisted in procuring a denial of summary judgment for a high-profile client in a copyright infringement and breach of implied-in-fact contract case. While at Southwestern Law School, Ashley was a clinician in the Southwestern Entertainment and the Arts Legal Clinic where she drafted a variety of contracts relating to film and television production.
