Amy E. Margolin, Esq. is a director with the Litigation Department of Howard Rice Nemerovski Canady Falk & Rabkin, P.C. A principal focus of her practice is civil appellate litigation, in both state and federal courts, with significant experience before the California Courts of Appeal and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Ms. Margolin, who has considerable experience in employment-related trade secret litigation and in the financial services sector, received her law degree from Stanford Law School and her undergraduate degree from Harvard University. She was recognized as a Northern California Super Lawyer in 2007 by Law & Politics.
