Amardeep (Amo) Thandi
Amardeep Thandi is a digital forensics and eDiscovery subject matter expert, with nearly 10 years’ experience in leading digital forensic and eDiscovery exercises encompassing the entire matter lifecycle, from identification through to reporting and discloser.
Based in London, he leads the Legal Technology Consulting Service across Europe, the Middle-East and Africa, comprising of forensics, investigations, and legal technology.
He supports organisations to review, design, implement and execute optimised digital strategies in response to large, complex fraud investigations, disputes and litigious matters involving digital forensics and eDiscovery. He has delivered strategic consultancy projects across multiple industries including Government, Finance, Telecoms, Pharma, Manufacturing, Retail and Media.
Before joining Control Risks, Amardeep was a Manager in the forensic team at Ernst & Young. He has also worked for firms providing digital forensic services to UK government agencies, regulatory bodies and police forces.
