This program focuses on effective delegation techniques. Lawyers and staff at all levels will benefit from the strategies explored in this program.
Learning how to delegate effectively will allow attorneys to leverage their own talents and improve workplace outcomes. Attendees will also learn how to avoid violating the rules of professional conduct in this arena – with a focus on MRPC 5.1 and 5.3.
Veteran attorney and seasoned speaker Cynthia Sharp, Esq. will share special tips for Micromanagers, Procrastinators and their victims.
