Learning objectives include: how organizations need to address unique issues presented by remote and hybrid working arrangements including the impact on their employees. Pre-Covid 19 sexual harassment might occur with examples such as physical touches on in person sexual comments in the workplace with telework there are often no bystanders to intervene or witness improper behavior. Also, the type of inappropriate acts that may constitute sexual harassment may not be properly understood by companies or their employees such that examples should be addressed in workplace policies. 

The discussion will focus on requirements for employers to address the changed work landscape as well as state and federal laws and standards for sexual harassment hostile work environment. Additionally, the focus of internal investigations in this new hybrid work paradigm will be part of the presentation.
