Join Sheila Millar, leader of Keller and Heckman LLP’s consumer protection regulatory practices, for an engaging CLE course covering hot topics in advertising with a focus on green and sustainability claims. 

This course will provide a comprehensive examination of applicable laws governing green and sustainability claims, as well as potential conflicts and contradictions within their regulatory frameworks. Ms. Millar will also discuss substantiation requirements critical to supporting and defending such claims, as well as their business impacts and strategic risk management approaches. Ms. Millar will draw from her deep experience in public policy and regulatory matters relating to advertising and promotions, sustainability and environmental claims, privacy, and product safety.
