This program will address how to handle and resolve liens from a number of lien holders the practitioner is likely to see in a personal injury matter. As lien reimbursement can often be a significant factor in case resolution, having successful strategies to deal with various lien holders will assist in timely case resolution. Liens to be addressed during the seminar include: Medicaid, Medicare, ERISA, the VA, and Workers Compensation.
This program is appropriate for both defense and plaintiff attorneys. Further, it is appropriate for attorney of all skill levels.
