Internal corporate investigations are quite common, but they have many complexities. Lawyers need to understand those complexities to avoid hurting not only their clients, but themselves.
This program will provide a detailed dive into how to conduct investigations properly, while also highlighting some examples when lawyers have made serious mistakes. We will be referencing the following ABA rules: 1.6, 1.13, 3.4(a),4.4(b)
