A variety of types of cases require an understanding of anatomy. Equally, cases require the utilization of a medical expert. This presentation focuses on witness considerations, including items to consider in voir dire, judicial notice, positioning and fundamental anatomy, with an emphasis on orthopedic and spinal anatomy.
