Tracy has significant experience handling all phases of litigation, including initial case assessment, developing and implementing pre-trial and trial strategy, managing efficient discovery plans, engaging in dispositive motion practice, formulating expert witness strategy, and trying cases to verdict, which Tracy has done numerous times.
Tracy was an integral member of the trial team that received a multi-million dollar jury verdict in a 9-week trial for one of the best known companies in the telecommunications industry, and she was also instrumental in a 3-week jury trial representing a telecommunications company against a shareholder. Tracy's experience encompasses defending clients against claims for intentional interference, unfair competition, noncompete and trade secret misappropriation, negligence, false advertising, and patent infringement, as well as advising and defending clients regarding claims for violations of federal and state lending laws and regulations, including FCRA, TILA, RESPA, RDCPA, and HOBR.
Tracy strives to partner with her clients to help them achieve their legal business objectives by evaluating strategic settlement options, determining whether it makes sense to try a case on the merits, or developing an innovative fee arrangement.
