Teresa R. Tracy, Esq. is a partner in the law firm of Gladstone Michel Weisberg Willner & Sloane, ALC, and chair of its Labor and Employment Group. She represents management in all areas of labor and employment law and litigation, including wrongful termination, discrimination, wage and hour, class action, union organizing campaigns, grievances and arbitrations, and collective bargaining. She also provides preventive services, including comprehensive counseling and training. Ms. Tracy has been selected eight times by her peers as a Southern California Super Lawyer in the area of Labor and Employment, and was named one of the Top 50 Women Southern California Super Lawyers for 2011.
