Sydney E. Unger, Esq. is Chair of the Tax Department of Kaye Scholer LLP and a partner in the firm™s New York office. An Adjunct Professor at New York Law School (LL.M. in Taxation Program), he formerly served as Chair of the Committee on Taxation of Corporations of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York. Mr. Unger, who practices in the area of tax law, concentrating in corporate and joint venture matters, as well as matters involving high-net-worth individuals, is a frequent lecturer and author and, in addition to his various bar memberships, he is a Certified Public Accountant.
