Paul Sudentas is a Senior Counsel in the New York office of Locke Lord LLP where he concentrates his practice on complex patent litigation matters, and privacy and cybersecurity matters. Paul is currently working on the various notices and disclosures required for compliance with California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 as a member of the CCPA Initiative of the firm’s Privacy and Cybersecurity Practice Group.
Paul has represented and counseled pharmaceutical and medical device companies in complex, high-stakes patent litigations. Paul’s representations include both branded and generic pharmaceutical companies in matters arising under the Hatch-Waxman Act. Paul has extensive experience in all facets of patent litigation from pre-suit due diligence through trial and appeal.
In addition, Paul has extensive experience in counseling clients on transactional matters in and out of the life sciences industry, including patent portfolio due diligence and preparing and negotiating agreements (e.g., license agreements).
