Morgan R. Hirst, Esq. is a partner at Jones Day, and resident in its Chicago office. He is a trial attorney who represents clients across all aspects of litigation and government investigations, with particular emphasis on cases involving health care clients and on tax controversy matters. Mr Hirst has substantial jury trial experience, involving months of stand up trial work as both first and second chair in front of juries, and he has written and lectured on a number of substantive law topics.
