Michail Hack, Esq.
Michail is a seasoned insurance lawyer and litigator and ERISA practioner. He is a key member in the firm’s Insurance Litigation, Claims & Consulting Group and is Director of our disability claims management services group. He is widely respected and nationally known in the field of Disability Income and Long Term Disability Insurance.
Having received his bachelor’s degree from Michigan State University and his Juris Doctorate from Touro Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center, he was named winner of the “Best Brief” award in the John S. Bainbridge Moot Court Competition.
Michail also studied Russian legal theory at Moscow State University and attended Leningrad State University’s Summer Language Program while attending Michigan State University.
