Kate W. Feola, Esq. is an associate in the Health Law Department of McDermott Will & Emery LLP, based in its Washington, D.C. office. Her experiences include advising pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers and hospital clients on federal and state regulatory and compliance matters. Prior to her legal career, she worked in various management positions in the health care industry and she is a member of the Marymount University, School of Business Administration, Health Care Advisory Committee, which reviews and addresses issues related to the University™s Health Care Management Masters Program, including curriculum, faculty and program accreditation. Ms. Feola has written various health care articles including Bad Habits: The Qui Tam Provisions of the False Claims Act Are Unconstitutional Under Article II (Journal of Contemporary Health Law & Policy in 2002).
