Click here to find out moreJosh James is an associate in the Antitrust and Competition group and member of the firm’s Data Privacy and Security Team. His practice is focused on advising clients on complying with data privacy and data security regulations at both the state and federal levels. Josh is also a member of the firm’s Data Breach hotline.
Mr. James has experience advising clients on advertising matters and has assisted clients in responding to investigations conducted by the FTC and the National Advertising Division of the Advertising Self-Regulatory Council.
Mr. James is also a member of the firm Public Policy and Government Affairs group. He advises client on compliance with federal election laws and regulations and federal and state lobbying laws and regulations.
