Jorn A. Holl, Esq. is Of Counsel at the law firm of Wolf Popper LLC where he specializes in federal and blue sky securities litigation. He has been practicing international arbitration and international litigation for over 20 years. His past experience includes lead counsel roles in jury trials, arbitration proceedings, the successful assertion of U.S. jurisdiction over foreign entities, the overseas execution of U.S. judgments, obtaining discovery abroad, effecting U.S. service of process in foreign countries, and the litigation of contract claims governed by the CISG and UCC. He is a member of the Board of the Deutsches Haus at NYU, and a member of the American Council on Germany, the International Bar Association (IBA), the Inter-American Bar Association (IABA), the German-American Chamber of Commerce and the New York City Bar Association. Since 2009, he has been a visiting lecturer at Manhattan’s Baruch College, teaching Business Law classes on LLCs and LLPs. For the past few years, he has worked with foreign banks in connection with FATCA compliance.
