Jeffrey H. Ward is an Attorney admitted to practice law in the States of New Jersey and New York, and the District of Columbia.
Mr. Ward graduated from the City University of New York School of Law in 1998. While in Law School, he served on the moot court team, and was a teaching and research assistant for a law professor. Mr. Ward also served as an intern to a New Jersey Superior Court Judge, a county prosecutor’s office, and a county public defender’s office.
Mr. Ward has been practicing in the fields of collection and creditors’ rights litigation since 1998. Mr. Ward litigates collection matters throughout the entire states of New Jersey and New York. He has tried many cases to verdict in state and federal court. Mr. Ward is also experienced in handling residential real estate transactions and defense of municipal court cases. Mr Ward has served as an Adjunct Instructor at Fairleigh Dickinson University's Paralegal Studies Program where he has taught Civil Litigation. Mr. Ward has also lectured for Lawline.com, where he has taught continuing legal education classes to fellow attorneys in the fields of Collection Litigation, Judgment Enforcement, New Jersey Civil Litigation, New Jersey Municipal Court Practice, and New Jersey Real Estate Transactions.
