James Paone II, Esq.
Jim Paone is the chair of the Business Law and Litigation Department. An experienced litigator with extensive state and federal court experience, Jim has been certified (since 2013) by the New Jersey Supreme Court as a Civil Trial Attorney. He is a frequent speaker on Civil, Trial Practice, and Ethics matters.
Jim’s practice concentrates on commercial, corporate, construction projects and general liability matters. His wide client base ranges from local closely held businesses to Fortune 100 clients. With over 30 years of practice, Jim brings a common sense approach to fulfill his clients’ needs.
Jim currently serves as a Special Ethics Master by appointment from the New Jersey Supreme Court. He is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association Judicial and Prosecutorial Appointments Committee (JPAC). He is also a member of the Defense Research Institute (Construction, Employment, Government Liability and Trial Committees).
