Jaclyne Reive is a corporate, commercial and regulatory lawyer in Miller Thomson LLP's Toronto, Canada office. She has acted for a wide range of clients across the transportation and supply chain industries and has provided advice with respect to various regulatory compliance issues, including federal and/or provincial laws regarding food safety, cannabis and pharmaceuticals, customs and international trade, marine and the transportation of dangerous goods. She has also provided advice with respect to mergers, acquisitions and restructurings, and has experience negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements for these industries. Jaclyne received her J.D. from the University of Windsor, Faculty of Law in 2014 and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2015. She is a director on the board of the Canadian Transport Lawyers' Association, a member of the Transportation Lawyers' Association, the Women in International Shipping & Trade Association, and the Toronto Transportation Club.
