An expert facilitator and business development specialist and coach, Hollis Chase has been consulting to law firms for more than 25 years. Since founding Chase & Associates in 1996, she has assisted firms in expanding client opportunities, implementing sales strategies and solving organizational and management issues that impact the growth of their firms and their attorney’s individual practices. Her Client Strategy Coaching (SM) and Client Development Training programs for partners and associates continue to be two of her most sought after services. Ms. Chase works with a wide range of firms, including many of the nation’s leading law firms, and their partners. She is an active member, facilitator and mentor for several legal and professional services organizations and has a national reputation as a presenter, panel moderator and workshop facilitator, including PLI, where she was on the faculty of its In House Training program for several years. Ms. Chase also previously held senior level positions in organizational development, sales, and product development with leading organizations including Harvard University, Avery Manufacturing and Wang Laboratories. She holds her BA in Organizational Psychology from Syracuse University.
