She serves as the firm’s HIPAA Privacy and Security Officer and as co-chair of the firm’s Privacy and Data Security practice. Elizabeth uses her sophisticated understanding of the law to help clients comply with the privacy and security requirements of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and other federal and state laws.
