Danielle Burke defends private employers, public entities and individuals in employment-related litigation. Danielle’s practice also includes defense of officials and law enforcement officers against claims of constitutional violations.
In addition to employment, government liability and civil rights litigation, Danielle has experience in professional liability, education law, business law and energy law. Danielle has provided legal guidance to charter schools and employers in various matters, including inter alia, employee handbooks, bylaws, severance agreements, business formation and employee contracts.
Danielle has successfully defended several matters pertaining to claims under the Americans with Disabilities Act, Family Medical and Leave Act, Pennsylvania Human Relations Act, Pennsylvania Whistleblower Law and 42 U.S.C. § 1983.
