Click here to find out moreDana E. Heitz is an appellate attorney with Heitz Legal, P.C. She has argued at all levels of New York State courts as well as in the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and the Second Circuit. Dana is a former lecturer of American constitutional and regulatory law at Humboldt University in Berlin, Germany, and has written and presented on regulatory compliance in cross-border contexts, persuasive legal writing techniques, and the right of sepulcher. Dana graduated cum laude from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego, CA, and holds a Master of Compliance & Integrity Management from the European University Viadrina along with an M.A. in International Affairs from The New School in New York City.
