She has argued at all levels of New York State courts as well as in the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and the Second Circuit. Dana is a former lecturer of American constitutional and regulatory law at Humboldt University in Berlin, Germany, and has written and presented on regulatory compliance in cross-border contexts, persuasive legal writing techniques, and the right of sepulcher. Dana graduated cum laude from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego, CA, and holds a Master of Compliance & Integrity Management from the European University Viadrina along with an M.A. in International Affairs from The New School in New York City.
