Caroline Guensberg represents clients in both individual and class and representative actions pending in state and federal courts and arbitration. Her litigation practice covers various employment-related matters, including wage-and-hour, discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination and retaliation. Caroline also advises and counsels employers on compliance with federal, state and local laws and regulations; drafts employee handbooks and policies; and conducts internal investigations into allegations of discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation and other alleged misconduct.
Prior to joining the firm, Caroline was an attorney at another national law firm in its Labor & Employment practice group.
