A member of the Trial Department, his practice is in complex commercial litigation and arbitration, with a special focus on international dispute resolution. An authority on the rules and procedures of the ICC, the most widely-used international arbitration organization in the world, Mr. Howes has extensive experience drafting complex arbitration provisions for international commercial contracts and has lectured and written on the subject of international arbitration.
