Amy L. Bomse, Esq. is a partner at Arnold & Porter LLP, which recently combined with Howard Rice Nemerovski Canady Falk & Rabkin, P.C., and a member of its Attorney Liability and Appellate Practice Groups. Ms. Bomse practices in the areas of professional responsibility and general commercial litigation. Her professional responsibility practice includes representing law firms in litigation, as well as providing counseling to clients on ethics issues. She has litigated a variety of conflict of interest and legal malpractice claims. In addition, Ms. Bomse has represented public and private companies in securities litigation, breach of contract and business torts, and she has experience in appellate law. She frequently lectures and writes on Ethical and other topics for attorneys, including issues related to the attorney-client privilege.
