AI tops the news seemingly every day. The technology is growing in use and application as lawyers, courts, firms, and judges explore its potential abilities. As more and more of the legal profession turns to AI, legal issues abound concerning, for example AI providing advice to clients and courts using AI to draft opinions, in our program, we will discuss legal considerations of AI use while also examining best practices, court cases and decisions, new AI-specific court rules, and regulatory initiatives, including new White House priorities.
