How to Respond to Show Cause and Derogatory Information

Adverse and derogatory information often has devastating effects on a contractor's ability to win contracts. This course analyzes how to best protect federal contractor’s rights and record of performance when the contracting officer or the Federal Government presents them with adverse or derogatory information. 

This course will also analyze how to request to correct or amend the records.
