This program provides practical guidance for trial attorneys on how artificial intelligence can be leveraged in litigation, particularly in personal injury cases. The session includes an in-depth case study involving a misdiagnosed pediatric appendicitis case and demonstrates how AI tools can analyze patterns.  The program will address all aspects of trial including voir dire, opening, direct and cross of witnesses and closing.  Additionally, it will demonstrate the use of AI in crafting compelling themes and develop analogies.

  2. Identify how AI can expose repetition and credibility issues in expert testimony
