Chris Lucca is a partner at Conrad O’Brien where he represents companies, as well as their executives and employees, on employment-related matters, including reductions in force, severance agreements, employment agreements, hiring guidelines, and personnel-related documents. Chris also represents individuals and employers in state and federal employment discrimination matters involving claims of sexual harassment; retaliation; discrimination on the basis of age, disability, pregnancy, race, national origin, or sex; and violations of the Family Medical Leave Act. Outside of employment litigation, Chris works with Fortune 500 companies, small businesses, and individuals in litigation involving business tort claims, contractual disputes, and complex personal injury matters. Chris earned his J.D. from Villanova University School of Law where he served as the Associate Editor of Student Works for the Villanova Environmental Law Journal and his B.A. from Virginia Tech, where he graduated cum laude.
