The presentation will also address the impact of the forthcoming California Consumer Privacy Act on cookies in the United States. There will be a brief overview of the technology generally, and the main differences between behavioral advertising, analytics and essential/session cookies, with reference to particular examples. Finally, the presentation will address best practices for conducting a cookie audit.
