This presentation led by a former United States Congresswoman and United States Attorney will be a discussion regarding some of the expected enforcement and investigatory actions that businesses and individuals can expect in the aftermath of COVID-19 and the CARES Act. The presentation will include a look at some of the specific provisions and initiatives; a historical comparison to prior major periods of emergency and investigation; a primer on Congressional authority; as well as practical advice for preparing for and responding to potential inquiries and investigations.
