Elaine Drodge Koch, Esq. is a partner in the Kansas City office of Bryan Cave LLP. Her practice focuses primarily on employment litigation, civil rights litigation and business torts, in addition to counseling clients on employment issues. Ms. Koch served as the Global Leader of the Labor and Employment Group at Bryan Cave for eight years. He also counsels corporate clients on compliance issues and internal investigations, as well as designing training programs in the anti-corruption and whistleblower areas, and he has a broad range of experience involving accounting fraud, disclosure issues, internal controls and corporate governance, tax fraud, Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) violations, and other issues.
