Anthony F. Lo Cicero, Esq. is a partner in the law firm of Amster, Rothstein & Ebenstein LLP. Mr. Lo Cicero advises and litigates in all areas of patent, trademark, and copyright law, and has been instrumental in developing and enforcing trademark anticounterfeiting laws in the United States and throughout the world. Mr. Lo Cicero is Past President of the New York Intellectual Property Law Association. He is a frequent speaker on issues of patent infringement, trademark dilution, anti-counterfeiting, arbitration, intellectual property damages and recovery, domain name disputes and Internet-related issues.
