Jeffrey Arnold, Esq., an associate in the law firm of McDermott Will & Emery LLP, based in its Chicago office, focuses his practice on employee benefits matters and has experience in drafting plan documents, amendments and resolutions for qualified pension plans, and others, and in representing clients before the United States Department of Labor and the Internal Revenue Service, regarding plan qualification issues in plan audits. Mr. Arnold holds an LL.M. in Employee Benefits, is the chair of the Employee Benefits Committee of the Chicago Bar Association, is on the Board of Directors of the Lesbian and Gay Bar Association of Chicago, and is an adjunct professor at the John Marshall Law School, teaching employee benefits legal writing.
